Who We Are

CyberVet, Inc. is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in cybersecurity management consulting services and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation. CyberVet, Inc. was founded by Michael Phillips and Andrew Valencia, both United States Marines and service disabled veterans. They recognized a serious gap in cybersecurity support for Government Agencies. Their goal is to fill this gap with a singular vision: Provide independent verification and validation of system and network secure states. Specializing in the Risk Management Framework (RMF), they understand the application of cybersecurity standards better than most.

Through our partnership with minority shareholder Next Level Solutions, LLC, an SBA 8(a) firm with over twenty years of experience in the information technology industry, CyberVet is poised to provide the ability for organizations to intimately understand their ability to prevent & deter threats, secure organization sensitive data, and continuously monitor systems, network, and applications through all stages of the SDLC. This partnership affords CyberVet the oppurtunity to act as a subcontractor for  Next Level Solutions on any potential SDVOSB or 8(a) set-aside contracts. 8(a) contracts  make it easier for our Federal clients to purchase our products or services as these contracts require much less paperwork, time and bureaucracy.
